Money-Back Guarantee
When you buy a new heating and cooling system from us, you deserve to get the experience you paid for! That's why we offer a 100% money-back guarantee if your new system doesn't heat or cool your home within the promised temperature range during the first two years. If that happens, our team will remove the system and refund 100% of what you paid.
Sizing Guarantee
A properly sized heating and cooling system is essential for long-term performance and home comfort. Our team always performs a Manual J load calculation before installing new HVAC equipment, resulting in optimal sizing for your new system. If your new heating or cooling system is unable to adequately heat or cool your home during the first year due to improper sizing, we will install a new, properly sized system at no extra charge.
Installation Date Guarantee
You take time out of your schedule to be present for a new HVAC system installation and to make necessary preparations. We don't take that commitment lightly! For this reason, we offer a $500 installation date guarantee. If your new system is not installed by the specified date, we will subtract $500 from the final cost.
Property Protection Guarantee
Our team respects your home and bends over backwards to leave everything the same or better than we found it! In the event a team member damages your walls, floors, furniture, lawn, or any other property while at your home, we will cover the full cost for repair or replacement. Note that we always wear shoe covers when working inside your living space.

Your new heating and cooling system will keep you comfortable. That's our guarantee! If your new system is not able to heat or cool your home within the promised temperature range, we will perform all necessary adjustments to the equipment at our own expense.
