How can I see your open positions?

How do I apply for an opening?

Does PV run background checks?
Yes. All offers of employment at PV are contingent upon completing a background check and drug screening. We consider qualified candidates with criminal histories in accordance with applicable laws.
When do my benefits start?
Benefits become effective 90 days after your start date.
What benefits do you have for full-time employees?
All full-time employees will be eligible to receive health benefits (medical, dental, vision), 401K (with 25% match), Life Insurance options and Short-Term Disability.

Is work experience required for all positions?
Not always. We welcome all skill levels and offer on‐the‐job training for qualified applicants.
Do you hire entry‐level HVAC technicians?
Absolutely. We welcome both entry‐level and experienced HVAC professionals. Installation mechanics can get started with basic mechanical knowledge, and service/PMA technicians can join if they have an HVAC certificate or relevant training.
What do installation mechanics do at PV?
They handle tasks like HVAC system installations, ductwork adjustments, refrigerant charging, and materials handling. A valid Georgia driver’s license is required.
How do service and maintenance (PMA) technicians contribute?
Service technicians diagnose and repair HVAC system issues, while PMA technicians perform routine tune‐ups and identify potential problems. Both roles help keep our clients’ systems running smoothly.
How does PV ensure quality work and satisfied customers?
We perform Manual J load calculations for every HVAC installation, recommend only what truly meets the customer’s needs (even if it’s not the most profitable option), and consider whole‐home performance for optimal comfort.
